Return Policy For Knives:

As a collector, there is nothing like holding a knife in your hand prior to purchasing it, which is why we offer a two-day inspection period. You may return any knife purchased from Fifty Fifty Productions LLC. within two (2) days of receipt for a full refund. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold. Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange. Please contact us at (417) 413-9500 before returning any items to obtain our shipping address. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after the two (2) day inspection period.

We require that your return shipping include full insurance and signature confirmation. Please indicate the reason for your return and include the paperwork originally supplied. Be sure to include the sheath or case and securely package the knife for return. Knives shipped without a signature required are not Fifty Fifty Productions’ responsibility. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that any returns are seized or confiscated by customs or any other agencies.

Damage or Discrepancy in Shipments:

Complete customer satisfaction is our goal with every purchase made with us. Each knife is carefully inspected and securely packed prior to shipping. If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at (417) 413-9500.

Fifty Fifty Productions LLC. will not be responsible for any claims made after 24 hours. For insurance purposes in the instance where damage has occurred during delivery, please retain the entire package and its contents as well as the original packing materials for future inspection by the carrier.

Order Agreement:

Once your submitted order has been received we will contact you regarding the availability of the item(s) and the total cost.

The total cost will include the shipping and handling charges and (optional) insurance charges. We strongly recommend that you purchase the shipping insurance, otherwise your shipment will not be insured. It is calculated at the following rate: the charge is 1% of the total value. Sales tax is collected on orders when required.

By placing an order the buyer represents that he or she is of legal age and that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner. Fifty Fifty Productions LLC. assumes no responsibility for any harm or injury resulting from the sale, trade, use, or handling of any product purchased from us.

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws in regard to the possession, and or use, of any item purchased from Fifty Productions LLC.

It is also the responsibility of the buyer to pay any duties, taxes, or fees associated with importing purchased items from KnifePurveyor Inc. We are unable to provide refunds in the event that the package that you have ordered was seized by customs or other agencies. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt.

Fifty Productions LLC.’s shipping liability terminates upon delivery of the ordered item(s) to the shipping address provided by the buyer.

WARRANTY Disclaimer:

Fifty Fifty Productions LLC. makes no representations or warranties of any kind. As long as the knives are used properly and the maker is still making knives, most knife makers guarantee their work. Natural handle materials such as wood, stag, ivory, pearl, and bone are not covered by the knifemakers’ guarantee. These natural materials may crack, discolor or shrink due to a change in age, humidity, or temperature.

Trade-in Policy:

Trading knives is a great way for a collector to upgrade their collection. If you are interested in trading a knife please e-mail us a picture of the knife, its specs, and the knife which has piqued your trade interest.

Each trade will be individually assessed and evaluated. Due to the complexity of trading knives, unfortunately not all trade offers will be accepted. Please e-mail us if you are interested in trading in a knife at info@fiftyfiftyproductions.net.
