INTERESTED IN EXHIBITING? - If you are interested in reserving an exhibitor table for the Nashville Custom Knife Show, please email us at info@fiftyfiftyproductions.net.
TABLE RESERVATIONS - Please make sure you have a deposit on your table to hold your reservation. Tables that are not promptly reserved with a deposit will be released to those on our waiting list. You can find your table fee and balance on the first page of the exhibitor contract you received to see if you have made a deposit. Table fees must be paid in full by no later than October 1, 2024.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS - There is a room block set up at the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown for exhibitors and attendees. A direct link to book online using the special room block rate will be available shortly.
SET UP - To pick up your exhibitor badges you must check in on Friday morning at our ticket table located in front of the Platinum Ballroom. Our staff will be available at the ticket table beginning at 8:00 am on Friday for exhibitors to check-in. Once you check-in and receive your badges you may enter the showroom to set up your tables.
- To request your exhibitor badges please make sure to fill out and return your exhibitor agreement. If you need a copy of your exhibitor agreement, please contact our office. The last day to request exhibitor badges is Monday, November 18th.
SHOW HOURS - The show will open on Friday at 11:00 am to VIP Pass holders, and then open at 1:00 pm to Collector Pass and Day Pass holders, with the show closing at 6:00 pm. Saturday the show hours will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for all pass holders. Please note that you are required to maintain your display for the entire duration of the show.
TRAVEL - The Nashville International Airport - BNA - is the nearest airport to the show hotel, the Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown. The Nashville Airport is a 20-minute ride to/from the hotel but be sure to plan accordingly for traffic.
BE AWARE OF FRAUDULENT RESERVATION CLAIMS - Large conferences and events often become targets for companies seeking to take advantage of the attendees. Some of our attendees and exhibitors have reported to us that they’ve been contacted by third-party companies for a number of reasons including hotel reservations and offering to sell our attendee list to them.

These fraudulent companies, such as “Conventioneers”, "Event Travel Planners", "Convention Housing Authority" and "Expo Housing" are in no way associated with Fifty Fifty Productions. These companies will try to present themselves as official partners of the Nashville Custom Knife Show to offer you a potential room at a rate that may not be guaranteed or available. Fifty Fifty Productions does not handle any hotel accommodation requests, and will never call you directly to book a reservation. The Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown is the only party that would be contacting you regarding your reservation.

If you have made a reservation with one of the fraudulent travel agent companies listed above, your hotel reservation may be at risk. Please contact the show host hotel immediately to confirm your reservation.

We are now offering exhibitors $100 off your table for next year if you share an exhibitor promo image on your Facebook page, Instagram feed, and/or Instagram stories FIVE TIMES anytime before the show. Please take a screenshot each time you share a promo image and then once you have shared five times just email us or send us an Instagram message with the screenshots to get credit!
