Tickets
All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. We are unable to provide refunds for schedule conflicts, travel delays, illness, or other personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate orders (accidental multiple purchases of the same ticket/pass).
Event cancellation by the organizer.
Print-on-Demand Merchandise
All merchandise items are custom-printed to order. For this reason:
No returns, exchanges, or refunds are available once an order has been placed.
Please double-check sizes, colors, and product details before completing your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
